Rhe singer Cat Stevens, known as Yousef Islam following his conversion to Islam, criticized Pope Benedict XVI's on Sunday for his controversial comments about Islam.
In a speech in Germany earlier this month, Benedict quoted a Byzantine emperor from medieval times calling some of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad "evil and inhuman."
