There's been talk here on the HuffPo about Oliver Stone's plans to do a 9/11 movie. I think that's great. I happen to believe that the idea of Stone taking on such a provocative subject is definitely worthy of discussion here on the blog.
But you know who would do a better job than Mr. Stone?
There's this filmmaker who might have an interesting take on it.
He doesn't have the pedigree of Stone, but he's had first-hand experience with Islamic fundamentalism and would probably have a better understanding of the hijacker's complex motivations!
I can't remember his name. I think he's Dutch. Van Gogh or something. Can anyone here help?
