Summer is over, and you are either in good shape and need to maintain, or you drank and ate too much and need to get in shape! It's a good idea to get into great shape before you see the fam for the holidays, (and for your own health of course)! Like I've said before, it's lifestyle and consistency that keeps you progressing in life! The best way to get yourself into the best shape -- if you are not self motivated in the gym or want to try something new -- is to get a trainer.
