You can check for yourself but the CEO of Nokia makes about $5 million a year all in including all bonuses. Further I do not know anyone that thinks Motorola is a better managed company than Nokia (Nokia has about 40% market share and Motorola has about 10% of an industry that Motorola basically invented.)

Perhaps it is because American CEO's have to spend so much time figuring out differnent ways to pay their totally unjustified compensation programs, that they are unable to focus on their corporate responsiblities.
