Shimon Peres: Spain cannot prosecute Israel (VIDEO)

digg Share this on Facebook Huffpost - stumble reddit del.ico.us RSS

This morning I attended a breakfast with Israel president Shimon Peres who lashed out at a Spanish court probing Israel officials for alleged "crimes against humanity" relating to a 2002 Israeli attack in Gaza.

This is an accidental video exclusive, since no other journalist attending used a video camera.

Of course Spain can. See Augusto Pinochet.

It is about time countries began to take action against the criminal bunch that run Israel.

Good for Spain! We need more countries to follow in their footsteps!

Greece prevented an shipment of armaments leaving for Israel; Portugal has forbidden their airspace and airports being used for the same purpose; Bolivia cut diplomatic relations, there demonstrations from Norway to Taiwan, going through Italy, Brazil, Kenya, Switzerland, France, Belgium, UK, South Africa, Kenya, Canada, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and at least 36 different locations in the US. Not to mention the Arab and Muslim countries.

Israel is pretty much alone, except for the support of US lobbies and some leaders within the EU political elite.
