Was Heath Ledger Channeling Al Franken?

Bit of a stretch, lots of people sound like Franken.
This "channeling" claim is an insult to Ledger (that he just took the voice from one guy), but also seems like an attempt to smear Franken by implying that he sounds like a psychotic clown.

I saw the movie last weekend and thought it sounded like Al Franken. My girlfriend said it outloud right after the movie, which made me laugh because she doesn't even like Al Franken. My daughter, who saw the movie with us, thought we were nuts.
