When you're totally dedicated to something, it usually ends up working its way into other parts of your life -- just look at Rick Moranis, whose love of shrinking stuff ended up affecting both his parenting style and his career. For a bar whose brew-bilation goes beyond straight beer, check out Taproom 307.

From a team of nightlife & real estate vets (along with a Lupa-alum chef) whose ale adulation has seeped out of their taps and into their food, T307's a dimly lit upscale pub-staurant sporting dark wood communal islands/elevated booths, an open brick oven kitchen, and an elongated bar backed by a huge chalkboard listing the craft brews flowing from their 42 taps, also the name of Savion Glover's new gangsta rap album. Constantly rotating about half of the nozzles, launch day highlights include more than half a dozen Six Points, Full Sail Amber, Duvel Green, Firestone Double Jack IPA, Founders Dry Hopped Pale Ale, and Prohibition Ale from Speakeasy, which with all these beers around is something you may soon not be able to do yourself. Suds are also laced into the broths of five-cheese French onion soup and steamed mussels; kneaded into the dough of 'za topped with housepulled fresh mozz and various cured meats; battered onto halibut fish and chips; and mixed into the melted top of a Welsh rarebit, which apparently describes more than just Timothy Dalton's stint as James Bond.

To ensure beer consumes you as well, they're holding workshops led by brewers from the likes of Six Point and Dogfish Head, and even entire brew-themed dinners, though remember that letting beer work its way into everything will inevitably make your life a very Strange Brew.

Think they don't have foie gras poutine? You're wrong!
