Tiffany Crawford is the Founder and Editor in Chief of the media company, The Corporate Goddess. The Corporate Goddess is a Lifestyle website targeting Millennial Women and how they stay grounded and fabulous, honoring their femininity.

Prior to The Corporate Goddess, Tiffany worked with Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, consulting and training them through change with clarity and grounding. She honed her skills at Deloitte Consulting's West Coast Practice, prior to leaving the consulting giant to pursue her own endeavors in 2008.

Tiffany has an MS in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley and earned her undergraduate degree from Howard University. In her master's work she studied the physiological effects of mental and emotional states from a signal processing perspective. Through this she gained an increased interest in people, organizations, and how they are effectively shaped.

After training in the Co-Active coaching method from the Coaches Training Institute, Tiffany built a coaching practice CLEAR Destiny in 2007. There she led workshops for individuals and small businesses to help identify their unique value and offering; finding their voice.

These experiences now come together under The Corporate Goddess umbrella.
