Since winter came and went with less than a handful of rainy days, spring is already gone and we'll get to enjoy summer May through September. Here are a few ways to kick-start into summer.
Taco Tuesday
Harry Morton's Pink Taco Mexican restaurants in West Hollywood and Century City Mall have launched Taco Tuesday from 4 p.m.-close. Enjoy tacos, Mexican Street Corn, Margaritas and Beers for only $2 each. There is available outdoor seating at both locations.
Wine
Undecided about what type of wine to serve or bring to a BBQ? Stack Wine will be able to give a little bit of everything in one bottle. Innovative and efficient, Stack Wine offers the only tear apart single serve package with each serving shaped like a stem-less wine glass. The four individual containers stack on top of one another to form the equivalent of one full bottle of wine.
Luxury Fitness
Four Seasons L.A. is changing the way their guests vacation. When I go on vacation I eat terribly and gain a "Vacation 15." A friend of mine recently decided to spend a weekend taking advantage of their Blue Clay Fitness, in room yoga program and wellness videos on an in-room iPad from Celebrity Nutritionist Kimberly Snyder. A great way to turn relaxation into a better body this Summer.
Poolside Shenanigans
On Tuesday, May 6, there's a new taqueria and tequila bar, Sayulita at Mondrian L.A. The venue, modeled after the popular beach town in Mexico, brings its casual and coastal vibe next to the poolside lounge, SkyBar. The menu consists of fresh fruit and vegetable based margaritas, cold-pressed cocktails along with an extensive Baja street-style taco menu.
