Breaking News: Cheney to Receive First-Ever Nobel Pissed Prize

Norway's venerable Nobel Foundation, responding to what it calls "an international epidemic of incivility, disrespect, and, for sure, stinko behavior" today announced it was establishing an annual Nobel Pissed Prize.
