I hope the folks that are part of the Occupy Movement are open to a suggestion. Presumably at some point they will settle on some specific demands to be presented to the media and government. These demands will no doubt benefit the 99% of us that they so nobly represent....

There is no doubt in my mind that the vast majority of NBA pundits picking the Heat over the Bulls are over simplifying their analysis of the Bulls Heat match-up. Most are breaking it down by saying it's two superstars over one. Chris Mullin, a typically shrewd NBA mind, says...

The latest twist in the NFL tug of war between the owners and players is a bit amusing in its irony. Commish Goodell, Patriot owner Kraft and a Packer Prez Mark Murphy have all recently gone public about how they want to negotiate their little hearts out with the players...

In all the Jay Cutler hoopla about whether he let his team down, there are several things that stand out as twisted, creepy and unfair. As a fan of the Bears and the NFL, I feel compelled to bring this out into the "forum of fair play". Let's start with...

For those with a good memory, this is the promised follow up to my piece on the manipulation of the silver market and its very scary ramifications. Before we get into the possible end-of-civilization-as-we-know-it details, a recap is in order. Andrew Maguire of London blew the whistle on...

If Obama's advisers had any killer instinct, they would push him to zero in on an absolutely golden opportunity to include a public option in the historic HCR bill. There appears to me to be no downside to this move unless Obama and his peeps are worried about how the...

I believe it is entirely possible that the comments by the extraordinarily arrogant Rahm Emanuel "for liberals to kiss his arse" was taken quite personally by that bastion of liberalism the state of Massachusetts. Its well know that most of the time when people take action based on anger bad...

Senate Dems committed to true health care reform have an opportunity to play some country hard ball with Obama and do some real good for our country. Its obvious Obama and his people are desperate to get anything passed that looks like healthcare reform. With that in mind the Dems...

The latest twist in our financial fiasco has more irony than a Woody Allen movie. Those fine institutions that have made passing fees along to its customers for the slightest of transgressions an art form, are now whining when something similar is being asked of them. These fines in the...
