The studio initially stood by the film following The Atlantic's report featuring four men who said the "Bohemian Rhapsody" director sexually abused them as teenagers.
The "Bohemian Rhapsody" director has long been accused of sexually assaulting underage boys.
The “Bohemian Rhapsody” star also said his experience working with the director during the Oscar-nominated film “was not pleasant.”
"In America people are innocent until proven guilty," film executive Avi Lerner said.
The Oscar nominee says he and his "Rhapsody" cast mates "found a way to persevere through everything that was thrown our way."
