Veteran Nebraska sports anchor Joe Swift took a moment last Thursday and Friday to acknowledge the work of two of his colleagues who were resigning from the KNOP. A few days after expressing his well wishes for his friends, Swift,  who has worked for the station for more than twenty years, was canned.
