Prior to joining Condé Nast Portfolio, Andrea was a news reporter for The Portland Mercury in Oregon. She was a 2007 finalist for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab. Andrea graduated with a B.A. in Soviet history from the University of California Davis and attended the Harvard Ukrainian Institute. She lived in Kyiv, Ukraine for six months where she worked for a film company, auditioned to be a national news anchor, and started a Doors-inspired band and chain smoked.

Ariston Anderson is a writer and editor living in New York City. She moved here suitcase in hand, to take on her first job as a political reporter. After graduating from Columbia University, she ended up working in film, directing urban art documentaries in Buenos Aires and Berlin, developing indie scripts, and ultimately learning film finance. Back to journalism, she is currently Editor of CelebsGoneGood.com, a website that covers all things film, fashion, music and cause.
