As the mother of a serviceman I find it insulting that you equate my son and other family members with rapist and uneducated idiots...

Many of the service people I know hate Bush as much as anyone else, and guess what military members are just as much a citizen of this country as anyone else and has the same rights you or I do......

My nephew is one of the "first responders" in that area and he says there was no cell service in the park....I am totally appalled by the comments here about "God's punishment".....I think it is sickening for anyone to blame innocent children for a natural disaster....join Hagee's church if you feel that way...to all of you that do not live in or know the area, it is very desolate-a few farm homes on a gravel road, this is rural Iowa not downtown Des Moines and it is not that easy to get to major shelter from out in the country.......How many wilderness campgrounds does anyone know that have actual storm shelters even tho they should? posted 06/12/2008 at 12:58:55

They had less then 12 minutes notice and were in the middle of no where...I was born and raised in the area so I know that there is nowhere to go in that length of time.........It is a campground in the middle of a large rural area so the chances are slim that a tornado would hit one of the few structures in the area....that said I hope that when they rebuild they put in storm shelters but most rural parks and campgrounds do not have shelters. posted 06/12/2008 at 12:49:07

I see this as just one more attempt for her to remain relevant in this election cycle. How many times does he have to kiss her butt before she leaves him alone? I bet even Saturday she gives a speech that half-a*s ends this contest. I totally believe she is leaving her options open for trying a coup at the convention.

Regarding some comments about HC supporters thinking he somehow stole the nomination....why wouldn't they think that... she does and has told them so repeatedly with her "popular vote" theory, withher "if this were a republican primary I'd of won" theory, and with her "caucus states don't count" theory.
