Lifelong Democrat old enough to vividly remember the day JFK was assassinated and the day Richard Nixon resigned. I've spent a lot of time lately wondering what ever happened to America's sense of outrage. Now it seems we've replaced protest with blogging, and outrage with acceptance (especially if it keeps you safe from all the big, bad terrorists).
I've been waiting my whole life to see a woman elected president but don't assume that just because I'm a 60 year-old white woman that I was a Hillary supporter. When it was finally time for Ohioans to vote on March 4th I happily filled in the dot next to Barack Obama's name.
Oh, almost forgot ... "3reddogs" because for years I was owned by 3 Irish Setters. Now I'm owned by only two after having to say good-bye to the third in November2008 after over 15 years of love and companionship.
