Matt Lenell

Born in Chicago, Illinois on October 16th, 1968 to Connie and Wesley Lenell. His family moved to Oak Park, Illinois when Matthew was two years of age and he spent most of the period between two and 17 there. Matt graduated from Oak Park and River Forest High School in 1986, then attended Western Illinois University, College of DuPage, University of Illinois, and Illinois Institute of Technology. He graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Political Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

Matt is married to the beautiful Jennifer Lenell (nee French) and has a three-year-old, equally beautiful daughter Ava Rose Lenell. All live together in a "small house on a big lot full of lots of love."

Matt and Jenny have traveled extensively (mostly individually before they met) and Matt understands some German and Spanish to help in their travels. His goal is to give his daughter similar opportunity to see the world and to make sure she grows up with a broad understanding of the people, cultures, flora and fauna this great planet is home to.

He is currently employed as a Product Engineer in Aurora, Illinois.
