My Conversation with Neil Young

I agree totally with Neil about religion...I feel faith in the forest also. Somehow I always knew he felt that way!
Neil's the best. My husband and I have considered him our favorite entertainer (and 'faraway' friend) forever (since teenagers) and we are now in our fifties. We have always wished we could meet him (like a lotta other folks I'm sure)
Good on his wife too...she must be a wonderful lady. posted 07/19/2008 at 07:53:00

Squealing on the Left At Obama's Back Flips

You have to get elected first to stand by your principles? Oh this is rich! All through the primary we heard how Hillary was a 'ruthless monster' that would 'do anything' to get elected and what a princely do-gooder BO is! Now that your mr perfect is going back on his lofty principles to 'get elected' its hunky-dory a-ok and he will 'do his change and good' once he gets in? Hmmm hypocrites much? Thanks a lot, goofy far left...you have doomed us again. This will end up being the 'I told you so-hello President McCain' election. posted 06/30/2008 at 09:03:22

What Makes June 20th The Happiest Day Of The Year

I agree with this reasoning. I had both my beautiful sons in June (16th and 28th) so this day is right between! They are sure (in thier thirties now) a grand blessing in my life too. I always feel at my very best in June also because I can get out and exercise and lose weight and have lots of sun. Its always harvest time here too for most of my garden..fresh tomatoes and peppers and cucumbers! Mmmm...they are coming in right now! posted 06/21/2008 at 06:04:37

By Any Means Necessary

And yet when POL Hillary would try to be 'brilliant' (which she was) and do whatever it takes to win....your crowd called her vicious horrible names such as liar,monster,bitch...lesseee...what else... corporate whore, etc etc.
Well, now you folks can apply some of those same names to your flawed god Barak Hussein Obama, because he is NO BETTER...not even near as good IMO! posted 06/21/2008 at 07:59:29
I see that the hateful BO crowd is STILL booing and bashing Hillary even AFTER they got their way!(by hook or crook btw) I think it is way too soon for Hillary to campaign for him when he can't even get his sychophantic supporters to understand that she is out of the running and helping him now. Are they going to boo her when she is at one of his moronic feel-goody-'change' rallies??? Now HE is going back on his word and hoping he can buy the job. I AM SO GLAD I HAD THE SENSE TO VOTE FOR HILLARY. SHE IS THE ONE WE NEED AND IF HE IS JUST GOING TO BE A HYPOCRITE AND PRACTICE THE SAME OLD GAMES TO WIN AT ALL COST THEN the WHY shouldn't it be a Clinton in there???? THEY have PROVED they are good stewards of the WH and they know how to BEAT Republicans. posted 06/21/2008 at 07:46:16
I agree completely,ReadyNow...this is no surprise to me at all. He's just another typical self-accomidating politician. After all the BLAH-BLAH-BLAH "Hillary's breaking the rules...she said this and that and THEN did THIS''...NOW that they got their way it's all different. It's suddenly OKEY-DOKEY to break rules and promises and commitments because the almighty messiah Obama is doing it! They are ridiculously hypocritical. I knew he would dissappoint and he IS...but even I didn't think it would be this soon! posted 06/21/2008 at 07:02:57

Tim Russert Funeral: Washington Elite Pays Tribute

His life was cut a little short but then again it looks to me like he sure lived a full and happy worthwhile time on earth. That's a lot to be grateful for,and I think the folks that were around him benefitting from knowing him and loving him are in shock and realizing a lot about life to from their sudden loss. I will sure miss him on Meet the Press...I always looked forward to that all week..that boyish prescense and level of kindness, fairness, and competence he brought to the American political discussion. Bless his heart. posted 06/19/2008 at 12:55:15

McCain Makes Pitch For Clinton Voters...With ABBA Video

Ummm...try 6 million OR MORE! LOTS of people are pretty damn pissed off at the way BO supporters acted and Hillary was treated and set up by the media and left-wing blogs and they STILL do NOT want this guy in the WH. Lots of us aren't feeling the thrill up our leg for the 20 year old attendee of Rev Wrights GD-America hate speech and who did and said NOTHING about it until it was POLITICALLY EXPEDIENT! I and many others do NOT trust this guy and the fact that Kerry and Kennedy shoed him in over Hillary makes me suspect lots more devious things about him. posted 06/09/2008 at 17:54:18
Great video...old but still cool IMO. Everything dated isn't necessarily 'bad' you know.
I am still not feelin the old 'Obama thrill' all you kiddies (and 90% of blacks, although OF COURSE THERE'S NO RACISM THERE!)seem to have...I know and understand Hillary is doing what she has to but I don't have to do anything. The reasons I didn't support him all along are still there. Hillary was the one and she still is. She's the best we could get at this time in history. I sometimes wonder how Obama and his wife can justify (and explain later on when they are older)why their own dad's personal urgent ambitions were more important than staying out of the way of the very important historic first woman in the Whitehouse and all that can mean for their future and all womens. He's in such a hurry to get to the first of the line when Hillary has worked for that position her whole life. It's not right. If he doesn't offer and convince Hillary to run as VP I will NOT vote for him. I hear Nader is running again. posted 06/09/2008 at 17:26:26

Angry White Women

I have never voted for the dumbass bush or ANY Republican...that doesn't mean I have to support BO. Hillary was set up and cheated against...just because you are eager to buy into the deception don't accuse me of something you nothing about. posted 06/10/2008 at 19:15:15
My husband (a real man who will vote for Hill because she is the best candidate) suggested that to me, but the problem is we have those damn computer voter machines and there is no place to 'write in'. I would if i could. This whole thing stinks to high heaven. posted 06/10/2008 at 19:09:24
Yeah? Well Oblahma supporters called Hillary (one that is of their own party) WORSE than THAT on a DAILY BASIS on the blogs and tv shows. uh-oh I guess ya'll forgot about that now that you forced this LOOOOSER on us as a contender for the WH huh.sigh.

AND HE HAS 2 FREAKING DAUGHTERS !! I guess I'm the only one that finds that disgusting and momumently ironic! posted 06/10/2008 at 18:42:30
So true...their biggest problem will be Hillary hasn't GONE anywhere! LOLOLOLOL
They must continue their Oblama idioizing by hating a candidate that's now out of the limelight ..ummm,except now with 18 million cracks in the ceiling of their Oblama cathedral.
OMG I love it. And I am the truest of bluest Democrats for my whole life! I LOVE Hillary! She is the most incredibly awesome woman I have witnessed in my lifetime. And I have some beautifully strong women that have shaped and raised me. But she is something else! And yet our stupid Democrat party rules have stolen her leadership and vision away from us. So sad for US.
I will fight for changing party rules from here on. Why is Howard Dean allowing this crap? posted 06/10/2008 at 17:40:00
What you kiddos don't get is ...we folks that LOVE Hillary have LOVED HER from YEARS and YEEEEERS .....let me repeat that so MAYBE IT CAN SINK IN YEEEEEARS of FANTASTIC ADMIRATION of what SHE has ACCOMPLISHED mmmmm-kaaaayy??????

Interview With Al Franken

I have loved and admired Al for many many years. He is brilliant and hilarious and clever, and he knows exactly what kind of leadership this country needs and deserves. Those folks up there are lucky he decided to work hard at defeating that Coleman guy...he's just another bushie toadie-bootlicker. I'm in Texas but I'll be sending Al some bucks soon to help him out (and hope & prayers).
GO AL! posted 06/06/2008 at 06:40:17

What Does Hillary Want? That's Easy: Respect

Wow nothing more disgusting than a sore winner. You folks got your way and you're STILL being cruel and nasty to her. Proves what lots of us said all along...most of his supporters are a lot of arrogant foul-mouthed irrational kooks. Keep it up and see how your new wonder-boy does in the general. posted 06/05/2008 at 19:06:12

Not Until the Fat Lady Sings

Boy are you and your ilk of Obama cultists going to feel stupid if Hillary pulls out a win! All this bragging how wonderful BO is and ugly comments you try to slander the great Clintons with.
Fortunately there are smart enough people in the party (who haven't weighed in yet) who realize we need a leader who can do much more than look 'cool' and give a decent speech about 'hopes and dreams'.

Go Hillary! posted 04/01/2008 at 11:15:18

Should Obama Drop Out of the Race?

I couldn't agree with you more,Bill. These Obama whiners need to worry about having a weak candidate against McCain rather than trying to hound Hillary out of her chance to win the nomination. The new polls out today show she has a LOT better chance to win the WH than OB does. (duh,ya think?) They hope they can intimidate her enough so he won't have to go through any more primaries and probably end up losing now that more people are realizing they bought a pig in a poke and he is finally getting vetted as he should've from the beginning. If people had known more about his close relationship with such a hateful racist preacher (and the OBVIOUS LIES he's told about it) he probably wouldn't have racked up so many votes as he has.Hillary would make a lot better president. Obama will probably pick a RWer as a VP and surprise and disappoint his clueless adoring fans by rolling over for the RWer's at every turn due to his inexperience at dealing with such things. posted 03/31/2008 at 05:59:59

Flashback: Wright's Letter To NYT About Obama

Well you sure got that right. I have never been impressed with the guy. He's a poser and a fraud. His stupid bowling PR stunt reminded me of Kerry with the hunting video right before the election we LOST (recall?) and loser Kerry is one of his 'surrogates' on tv ...that figures. One phony baloney pol supporting another one for his own ambitions.
I sure hope the Dems come to their senses and quits swooning over this guy because they 'like' him. We need a grownup and someone who already knows how the WH works and what can actually be done and accomplished in the wacky environment we have at this time..not an ultra liberal hopey dreamer. posted 03/31/2008 at 18:09:42
Whoa.. must've hit a nerve. Hey don't hate me because some of the gold plating is chipping off your messiah. BTW for the country's sake I sure hope you're wrong. 'President Obama' sounds just as silly and self-destructive (for Democrats) as it would most likely turn out to be. Is he going to pick Oprah for VP or a Republican? After he charms his way in the door will he once again acknowledge (and admit agreeing with) his family -close ties he OBVIOUSLY has (and lied about) with the crazy hate-filled Rev? Will his daughters and wife once again sit in the pews to hear more of the anti-America divisive crap they have for 20 years? posted 03/31/2008 at 16:34:05

Roy Sekoff with Dan Abrams, Lanny Davis and Marc Lamont Hill on Clinton's Statements on Bosnia and Rev. Wright

Big freaking deal...she embellished the account of one day. Her schedule was hectic and it's not surprising she would mispeak about a couple things. She remembered it being very dangerous and it apparently was.
Hillary was a great first lady that made us all very proud, and I think she'll be a WONDERFUL president. posted 03/26/2008 at 13:41:38

Wonder Woman

I agree kfs
They claim to be so much 'better' and 'part of a new kind of governing' but they show their petty hatefulness and cruelness every day and how they don't appreciate all the good things the Clintons have done for the US. That's not any 'change' I want to be part of. posted 03/26/2008 at 08:01:40

Laugh at all your unfunny dumb jokes all the way to the day McCain (the WAR HERO) beats the ultra liberal (rated the most liberal senator in Washington) ...yes it's all so hilarious. Will you silly dreamers and hopey campers be laughing then? What will you 'change' then? Not so much.
So what if she embellished a story, they ALL do that,Obama has done that too...and fact is she DID go to a dangerous area and represented our country in a positive way,as well as many other times also. Maybe she remembered it as being pretty dangerous and the SMALL film clip of her being greeted didnt show that scary part of the trip
Nevertheless,IMO
she was a wonderful first lady and I was very proud of both her and Bill. Still am. posted 03/26/2008 at 07:58:47

WE CAN DO IT!
RAH RAH RAH !

LOL These people are SO ridiculous and clueless. McCain will make mincemeat out this guy. It's sad too...we could have our first QUALIFIED INTELLIGENT WOMAN but nooo...we have to fight the race war (Rev Wright crazy-ass screaming preacher)and trash our greatest Dem leaders (Clintons)like Karl Rove so Obama can get on a fast track in his political carreer. Once the MSM gets done trashing the Clintons so Obama can get nominated (which is what they want) they will start tearing him down and make it close and they will steal it again. posted 03/26/2008 at 08:53:41

Obama's position on this seems very UnDemocratic and very UnAmerican to me. He's some 'uniter' isn't he? All he does is tear the Clinton's reputation down and refuse to count people's votes, and start arguments all over about race. He's no different or better than any other selfish politician. He's in this for his own career. Now his supporters are going around saying they won't vote if they don't get their way. Nice way to unite. The voters made their choice in those states and he would like to win without counting them. Reminds me of Bush tactics. If Hillary doesn't get her rightful delegates then practice saying President McCain. posted 03/24/2008 at 07:48:46

A Few Unanswered Questions About Bill Richardson's Obama Endorsement

Good point Kay. These people are very selfish and most of them are new to politics and think they know everything already. They decided they 'love Obama' (for reasons I still don't see) and so therefore Hillary must be an evil mean bitch that must be hated and destroyed (just like the RW hate machine has done to the Clintons for years). They totally disregard all the great years we had when the Clintons represented our country and made us proud around the world and what a fine job Hillary did as first lady and helping people all her life. I think it's disgusting and I am ashamed they call themselves Democrats. posted 03/21/2008 at 20:43:11
