They are let go without warning and now must spend many months out of each year finding new jobs, relocating, etc. No retirement saving is happening here. Any worker not in management with gray hair will not be hired.

My guess is that there is going to be a lot of collapsed figures and a lot of corporate veils (many layers of ownership) that will take months to figure out. And I suspect that the supplied figures will not be direct copies of the actual tax forms that were filed. And I suspect that they are busy amending their returns from past years, but the public will not be told that there were amendments. (More donations, etc.) Finally, they are busy combing through everything and carefully developing "explanations" for any controversial items.
