Born on 30 September 1962 in Cabinda (under the colonial rule of Angola since 1975). I am a military engineer, and studied history, international law, and psychology. I am a political refugee under the mandate of UNHCR, and since 1989 I am the Chairman of the Cabindan National Movement that is peacefully struggling for the legitimate right of the Cabinda people to self-determination and independence.
