I'm a Pearson-era peacekeeper by inclination, by birth, by nature ... just old enough to have been "on the bus" in '68 and '69. Yet square enough to have been in uniform in the early 70s. Until Sep73 (cue shock/chagrin) taught me that democracies' projection of power was a cruel sham. So I was transformed from airborne SigInt to impoverished dharma-geek.
