SS would be in great shape if the house and senate hadn't made a habit of raiding the trust fund over the years. The funds they managed to misappropriate were suppose to sustain the trust fund and insure a

These guys are just about fifty years too late, welcome back to the BS of the Vietnam War. The ignorance displayed by these people is astonishing in one way but considering the worn out old hacks that are running the show it's no shock at all. If indeed these individuals understood the cultures they are dealing with, there would be no doubt in their minds that both Iraq and Afghanistan are loosing propositions for America. My heart goes out to the young troopers who have been used and abused by their government. I too was a young patriot that was deceived and betrayed and didn't want to deal with that fact and it wasn't until later , after many years of sleepless nights that I realized I had been a pawn. Vets for Freedom is not a group of people that can be trusted to care about Veterans anymore that BUSH can. Get out while you can before you really get screwed. I'm being straight with all you guys, I'm a former Marine L/Cpl and a combat vet of Vietnam, I spent a year living in a hole and killing people, I've been there, I've done that, these guys are BSing and could care less about your well-being. The fact is that Lou has a problem with ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION just as I do. We have laws and obeying them is one of our obligations as citizens and visitors. People are leaving their countries because their governments don't give a damn about them. If we really cared, we'd take the leaders of these countries to task for human rights abuses and help them create a country that gave a damn about it's citizens. We have enough hungry and deprived people in our country that need help without having to help other governments with their people problems. If the behavior of an individual was detrimental to the national interest that individual
would be ridiculed for being unpatriotic or maybe even treasonous. How is it that
corporations can act in a way that is detrimental to our national interest but nothing is said? We as citizens give our children's lives and our taxes to further our national goals,
but the only thing corporations appear to be doing is taking our money, killing our children
and telling us all to go to hell. Where the hell are our discounts and other bennies that most corporations give their best customers? We need to see some corporate and shareholder sacrifice, after all, they are benefiting, not us. We are just getting screwed.
