Started in NJ; Schooled in Syracuse, N.Y.; moved to Chicago in 1982; moved to East Tennessee in 2007. Seeking OUT of the Bible Belt ASAP, hoping to secure work back in Chicago in 2009.
First presidential vote: brought Jimmy Carter into his first term. Have yet to vote for a Republican for a national office, possibly for any office. I don't expect to ever do so unless the party lets go of its insane anti-live (as in already born), anti-intellectual and elitist beliefs... not to mention the party's embrace of fundamentalist extremists a.k.a. semi-literate fake Christians.
