Scarborough because he, like all full members of the Republican talking points machine, has been promoting Clinton for months. Wonder why. WHOA. I agree their tactics this time around are ruthless and even bizarre. But Clinton was NOT a Disgraced President. The impeachment was bullshit, and to blow, pardon the expression, the Lewinsky matter beyond what it was is silly. Frankly, I loved him at the time of his Presidency and right up till this campaign - he was definitely more a victim of right wing zealots than his own duplicitious behavior (although yes now I'm rethinking it a bit). I never thought he was progressive enough, and he should be damned for NAFTA and the FCC deregulations, but compared to the Bush sandwich, he was downright Rooseveltian.
