The word 'militia' means the exact same thing now as it did back when the most dangerous personal weapons around was the flintlock.

Ordinary Americans have to pass urine tests to flip burgers at McDonalds.
Yet those trusted with hundreds of billions of dollars of OUR hard earned taxes, those who have the ability to send our children to WAR, those elected to serve those very same McDonalds burger flippers don't have to take a pee-test first?
I say we hand them all a pee-cup, march them into the nearest bathroom and watch as they fill it...then post the results on a US Government website!
