I am a conservative woman with very strong views. Many of my friends are Democrats; some are extreme liberals. We are able to make our friendships work because we respect each others differences and are not condescending and mean toward one another. We also share other interests that are not so controversial.
I know I am entering hostile territory but I am hoping that this forum will welcome a voice that differs from the status quo.
