College educated white man born near the great lakes and now living in California for the past 20 years. I am an Obama supporter. I believe in evolution. I believe the Bible was written by men to explain the unexplainable of the times and the New Testament was written by men who were trying to interpret the teachings of Jesus.
I consider myself as having a relationship with God. Not the Christian, Muslim, Hebrew, Catholic or eastern God, But the God of love, tolerance and hope. The God who lives in us all, not the God who occupies a building. I am an ex-Catholic who has realized at the age of 13 and have had it proven by man's history that organized religions were formed to control the people for a political and economical agenda.
