I am a problem solver for systemic problems and speak 14 industries fluently (translate into English). My work has appeared in international newspapers, journals, magazines and videos; educational radio and TV; advertising and PR. I do humor as much as possible and currently have two books in the works. I invented and implemented the first commercial computertized patient chart and am also a high-tech and ISO/QS-9000 expert (international quality system).
