John McCain's superiors in the Navy also did not see fit to promote him up further in the military ranks. Upon seeing his own lack of progress in the military, McCain decided to go into private life.

I can see why McCain was not promoted further in the military. He has a bad temper and does not do his homework. Frankly, McCains incuriousness about how to run a computer and use the Internet alone makes him unfit to serve in Congress in my eyes.
