What can I tell you about myself?
I've lived in most of the M states.
I currently live in New York.
I have red hair, which is considered recessive. (It's actually more auburn, but my people are stuck with the other).
I first learned of Camille Paglia from Phil Donahue and Malcolm X from Sally Jesse Raphael... so I guess talk shows taught me something.
I have a curious lifestyle that has me situated amongst scholars, celebrities, and elected officials.
My apartment is pretty big compared to many in this whack-job city.
The Midwest taught me to run and dream and the city has taught me to covet and hide.
I love to people watch - be a fly on the wall- and let me tell ya, I get to do A LOT of that.
I'm not as idle as I look.
I am constantly thinking things are going to change or life is going to reveal some glorious lotus flower, beckon me, and shower me with radiant light... but somehow I still see me doing my own laundry.
It must be a gift.
