David R Carroll, CADCA is a 59 year old Vet, a Recovering Addict of 14+, a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CAADAC), and a former treatment program Director. He is a staunch Democrat, living in fear of a continuation of Congressional policies that have no regard for, and in fact are piece by piece dismantling the U.S. Constitution, threatening the creation of an "Elitist Capitalistic State", and stealing the American dream from it's people. He knows that "Lobbying" is Bribery and that is illegal everywhere except in Washington D.C., USA! He believes that "charity starts at home" and that you can't "mind someone else's business when you can't even mind your own."
