My name is Brian Worley, my website is www.exminister.org and this is what it is about! Exminister.org is a fellowship of both ex-ministers and ex-christians. Our conviction is that people need to be educated and encouraged to depart the institutional road of religion. The founder, Brian Worley was an ordained Baptist minister who had for conscious and intellectual reasons to walk away from the faith in 1999 (he was a Christian for 23 years). We understand that faith is both very personal and important to those of you that believe. You may feel we are evil and blinded to what you call the truth, many of us also once felt like this. We were sincere in our faith and many of us walked away from our churches, educational degrees, and future career as a minister at a great price. The truths that we found changed our minds. We had much to lose for this decision, including our career and income, we also lost "friends" that do not understand us. The case against faith is very strong, and understandable to those who can both reason, and are willing to read. You don't need a college education to understand, you just need to be a seeker of truth. Enjoy the site and refer people if you find it helpful.
