Union Leaders' Clash Over Dem Endorsements A Sign Of Racial Polarization

Dear Santa - For Christmas I would like a pony, a xbox 360 and the country to grow the f up. I watched interviews with the WV locals that clearly showed why Clinton won that state in a huge way. There is not even a lowest common denominator to relate to this group. If you are casting a vote against someone's middle name there is simply no common ground to share with you. posted 05/15/2008 at 13:57:32

Clinton sketches agenda for first 100 days as president

She is delusional - she needs rest. The first hundred days of the presidency will be her sitting on the sidelines wonder how she failed to win it. She has run an awful campaign. How can anyone that watches the tactics of this campaign think she would make for a good president. The lies, the smears. She has clearly demonstrated that she would rather have John McSame win if she can't be the nominee. She will continue to destroy the party - becasue it is not about the voters - it is all about her and Bill needing to get back in the WH to help out all the business partners. posted 04/15/2008 at 15:07:11

It's Impossible to be Proud of the Way Hillary Has Run This Campaign

I will gladly put Obama's weakness against both of the other Republicans running against him. Let's clarify some of those weaknesses.
Obama:
Huge political Weakness - he tells the truth even if it is not what voters want to hear.
Clinton(s) weakness - truthiness
McCain's weakness - age and Bush coattails.
I will give credit to the Clinton's for running the Republican attack plan - it shows that she will still lose and the Republicans will lose in the fall. Obama will make for a strong president in the fact that he has had to compete against to repugnant Republican campaigns. posted 04/15/2008 at 15:19:52

She's The Boss: I'll Withdraw Regardless Of Military Advice

Great - Bush in a pant suit. She has run a terrible campaign which is exactly how she would run the WH. Our country has had enough of this kind of thinkng.

She is also good at excepting a lot of debt from the Clinton's. Like her $300K + debt paid to lawyers to protect her from the Clinton fall out. She is great...at hiding papers. posted 04/07/2008 at 15:20:24

Every time I read a Clinton supporter spin math and spin the rules to justify why their entitled candidate is not winning I think of a fan of a loosing sports team. Nothing but excuses, blame the refs, blame the coach, blame the stadium, blame the other team. The ifs, buts and whys that you spit out are directly from the Sen. Huckabee Clinton"s campaign balloon knot. We are not cheering for your team so your spin and arguments gain no traction. This whole electoral count argument is spin. Same with the Big State argument. I am praying you can lick your wounds and start to rationalize that your campaign just plain out got out played. Changing the rules to fit your candidate"s need after the game has started just doesn"t fly. posted 04/07/2008 at 14:54:46

Mark Penn Finally Fired

As a Hillary supporter you should care. He has burned through her (donar"s) money, has provided poor advice - she stuck with him. Sounds just like the Bush administration. Stick with your cronies. Loyalty over competence. Trying to tie Penn's influence on her campaign to that of Wright on Obama is very weak. He was a paid employee providing worthless direction. What other incompetent people would she hire that we as tax payers have to pay for. She and McCain both represent 4 more years of Bush type cronyism. posted 04/07/2008 at 13:55:47

I think my point is very clearly stated. Rove is now a FOX contributor and HRC is using his methods. By the way I'm not a liberal. I have been a Republican for 20 years. I switched to Independent because the current administration sickens me. posted 04/01/2008 at 21:12:06

Senator Leahy To Clinton: Drop Out

This arguement of "let every vote count" I could not agree with more. To win the nomination she would have to tell the superdelegates to not count the votes and SELECT me. Question: So is it better to count all the votes and then say they don't count or to just have the superdelegates not disenfranchise more voters in the remaining contest by letting this continue and SELECT her now.
HILLARY SELECTED NOT ELECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! posted 03/28/2008 at 18:19:52
Maybe his message was not clear enough. That the Clintons on one hand want to have every vote count but to win this then they have say don't count the votes and give us the nomination. Which way do they want this? posted 03/28/2008 at 18:08:30

Clinton Campaign Stands By Harsh Letter To Pelosi

I'm assuming the 16 in your tag is your age. posted 03/27/2008 at 20:08:01
Is she a superdelegate? Does she have an independent thought? Isn't she suppose to do what is right for the party. If she thinks what is right for the party is to not disenfranchise the voters that voted for the candidate that has and will have the most votes, delegates and states.
The Clinton arguement is so flawed - lets wait until all the voting is done, and then tell you that your vote doesn't matter. posted 03/27/2008 at 19:11:51

I understand thats thier role - what problem do the Clinton people have when it clearly states "a decision that is best for the party" If the superdelegates decide that the best decision for the party is to not disenfranchise millions of people by going against the the delegate count and handing the nomination to the candidate with fewer votes - how is this not exercising thier independent decision making. How can you argue against that not being the best thing for the party. I find it ironic that the Clinton camp is beating the drum on Obama about MI and FL when their only startegy of winning is to say to the voters - your votes don't count the elite is handing this to Clinton. posted 03/27/2008 at 18:35:18

"Pimped Out" Resurfaces On MSNBC

Clinton Donors Object to Pelosi Comment

IF the Clinton supporters want the supers to disenfranchise millions while at the same time cry for this contest to continue and cry to count the votes in Florida and Mi. They want to blame Obama for FL and MI and tell the press that he is disenfranchising the FL and MI voters. Why isn't the press talking about how Sen Huckabee Clinton's strategy to turn the Pledge delegates isn't the biggest disenfranchisement of voting every. posted 03/27/2008 at 14:20:10
Please clarify - "adults" does this mean people that are comfortable with a candidate that has difficulty with the truth. That has the lowest numbers when it comes to honesty and personality. Are the adults the ones that are happy with a campaign that is so destructive that it is lowering the possibility of having a dem back in the white house. Are the adults comfortable in a campaign that is playing for the 2012 campaign instead of what they can have in 09. Do adults really like the Tonya Harding strategy of winning.

I know this is painful for Hillary supporters. Like being a tenacious fan of a sports team. You want your side to win so bad that in the fourth quarter you are down and you hope for the magical play with the 13 laterals to score the final touchdown as the band is walking on the field. But the truth is there is no win like that, the only way to win is to shoot the other team and have the referees pick up the ball and run it in for you. I know it is painful but please get some clarity on the reality of the Clinton campaign. posted 03/26/2008 at 22:05:12
Just your statement is undemocratic "who the nominee should be" You mean the nominee that is bought and paid for by the few or the nominee with the most votes, delagates and states. She is the party leader and for the sake of the party she does not need to stay neutral and watch the Clinton's eat thier own. posted 03/26/2008 at 21:51:37

DNC Official: Clinton Pursuing "Tonya Harding" Option

The reporters want this over? You are kidding me. They eat this up like candy. They would love to see this go to the convention. The ratings on news channels (sans Fox) has never been higher. It is a "God forbid" moment that this should be played out, because the only winner would not be HRC or OHB it would be McCain. If you can stomach 4 more years of Repub then that is fine. Or by the way this has played out - you must want to see HRC in this again in 2012. posted 03/26/2008 at 15:03:29
I never do underestimate the Clintons...that is why the Supers need to step in. They will kill thier own party to make sure she can play again in 2012. They would rather have a Repub win. In sticking with the never underestimate thread - I would expect to see them on McCains ticket just to get back to the WH. They don't care about thier party and they certainly don't care about the voters. posted 03/26/2008 at 14:54:33

Reid: "Things Are Being Done" To End Dem Primary Before Convention

sorry that was before they had primarys and the elites nominated their candidates. When people are voting and one candidate can't win and stays in the race because she want McCain to win so she can run again in 2012 then it has to be ended for the sake of the party. The supers will do what the Clinton's want and vote thier conscience - which translates to save the party and ask the Clinton's to leave. posted 03/25/2008 at 21:35:20
Can you claim that they destroyed a great candidate if all they did was point out her lies. When HRC has a lower "trustworthy" poll numbers than either of the other candidates in this race how do you call her great. If she wants McCain to win over the a democratic candidate - how is she a great candidate. How can you lie about "hope", if you are challenging the nation to step up and take a bigger role in government versus the "trust me" candidate how does that constitute lies of "hope". The media did not create Obama - they reported on him. They also reported on Clinton. She just has uglier news to report on. posted 03/25/2008 at 21:26:27
BuckeyeNut - "since there will not be a clear winner between HRC/Obama" Only if I had mud in my eyes shot directly out of Hillary's balloon knot would I not be able to see a clear winner when Obama has more states, delegates and popular vote. If a one candidate can not win but is staying in the race to destroy the chances of a democrat being elected in 2008 so that the candidate can run in 2012 then it MAKES very good sense to end this. I am sorry it is not your candidate that will remain in the race but can you really support her tactics that can now only be described as a 2012 campaign that throws the party under the bus. posted 03/25/2008 at 20:11:24

McCain Benefits From Protracted Democratic Race

I think it will be very easy to reunite the party. Just sit down with the Clinton supporters and line by line point out the lies of her campaign. We know they are not very good at math so we should probably use some flow charts and graphs. I don't hear her arguing anymore that she is "vetted" I think that her schedule has proven she speaks from both or all six sides of her mouth. Her tax returns will be the latest in the vetting process where we can see all the overseas money they make and finally the list of donors - I can't wait for Bill to shake his finger. posted 03/24/2008 at 21:36:48
