John Canfield writes on business and environmental issues and is also Sr. Director Fraud Policy Prevention at eBay. In 2008, John provided public input to California regulators on the cap and trade design for the California Global Warming Solutions Act. His current interest is creating new mechanisms to align business incentives with the needs of society.
John has close to twenty years experience in the high tech industry in product development, marketing, and management. He is a graduate of Stanford's Graduate School of Business, and MIT's Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
