Joseph Horgan is a Project Director for the Tax Justice Network-USA.

Until December 2006, Mr. Horgan worked for 20 years at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, specializing on capital strategies and stewardship.

He is currently working on a project that would bring to the national forefront the harmful effects of tax avoidance and evasion, with a focus on the lack of transparency and accountability in the tax havens that aid and abet tax avoidance and evasion. Mr. Horgan is also active in the Montgomery County, MD community.

He is married to Diane Cameron, a consultant to environmental groups (e.g., Natural Resources Defense Council, Audubon Naturalist Society -Mid-Atlantic States) on Stormwater and watershed policy.

He has two daughters.
