A professor is in some instances a lecturer, and vice-versa. Bill Clinton has been awarded several "Doctorate" titles from several Universities...not because he taught there, or did anything particularly politically relevant, but because he spoke there. Here it is in a nutshell, whimsicalpig.....I am a Republican. I am also an anarchist at heart. Ergo, I voted for GWB, because I KNEW he would tear it all down. And now, I care again. And I'm optomistic about this process again.
