I'm a proud Deaniac and always will be. Howard Dean's campaign grabbed me, shook me, woke me up and opened my eyes to the big, crazy world around me. If it weren't for Howard, I just wonder how much I would care about politics today.
I was probably around 14 when I first started to understand political issues and it was then when I began to see myself as a Democrat. Surprisingly, all of my family were registered Republicans -- some of them pretty hardcore. I was actually the first registered Democrat in my immediate family.
Today I strongly support Barack Obama in '08. I think John Edwards is a fine candidate as well. Dennis Kucinich says all of the right things, but is totally unelectable. Hillary Clinton is just plain evil.
