54 y.o. democrat located in Sacramento. Disabled retired from state service about 8 years ago when I fell ill with Wernicke's Encephalopathy. It's now progressed to Wernicke-Korsakoff Syndorme. Have lost the use of my legs in the last year or so. My brain is still o.k. for the time being but will fail too soon for me. In the mean time, I try to keep up politically.
