Lafn Bacstage is a progressive leaning independent voter. Progressive because I believe that government should take care of the people before it enriches corporations; high on my preferences are health care reform, financial regulation reform, campaign finance reform and environmental sustainability. Independent because I find some moderate conservative ideas worth pursuing. Just because I consider myself a moderate American, I abhor what the right-wing religious-neo-conservative movement is doing to America.
