I think it is VERY significant that one of the highest profile persons in the media today,who just happens to be black-Oprah Winfrey-has for a couple of years now , had Target as her major sponsor.Anybody else notice this? Seems like WalMart used to be her advertiser with her book clubs a while ago. But last week,she had J.C.Penney and a couple of others giving away generous freebies. A recall petition against Governor Bobby (Piyush-his real name) Jindal of Louisiana was filed yesterday afternoon(Friday,June27,2008),for refusal to veto a bill doubling state legilslators' pay. Four other lawmakers including La.
