Lalita Amos hales from Lafayette, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University and the Keller Graduate School of Management. She's the principal of a 12 year old international business and leadership consultancy, Total Team Solutions, LLC, which provides strategic planning, business and executive coaching and training services to leadership teams and entrepreneurial mastermind groups. Lalita's been an adjunct faculty member at New York University, where she taught the historical principles of executive and business coaching, and serves on Purdue's College of Liberal Arts Dean's Advisory Council.
She's an avid podcaster and blogger and writes on national politics, society, race, gender and culture.
