Lucious retired in 2006 from a Social Work career and from the US Army Reserves. He was more than happy to get two monkeys off his back in the same month. He grew up on the other side of the tracks in a very conservative fundamentalist christian community. Strictly working class. He knew no one born with a silver spoon in their mouth. In 1999, he suspected that if elected, George W. would fail as President. He had always failed carelessly at everything he had ever attempted. Still, the full measure of his narcissim and his ability to rend and destroy, was not fully realized until October, 2001. It's taken nearly eight years for everyone else to catch up to that knowledge.
