I am former student of journalism, who was born on July 4th 1983. I have many influences, but two of the biggest influences in my life are my Father and my Mother's father, Gene Taylor. They both had an an intense love of history and a profound understanding of the birth of our nation and it's founding fathers. The ideals of the first generation are far more real to me then the superficial and corrupt ideals of modern Washington. I hope that the progressive movement in this country can pull through the ignorance and hatred that still permeates our society, so my son can grow up in an America that is worthy of his dreams.
