Compounded by a poorly educated electorate, too busy working to follow all the details, until the 11th hour...after the damage has been done..and we are already in the midst of another ideologically based Republican caused tragedy.
Republicans thrive on an ignorant electorate, and have been trashing the teachers of our children for decades.
They hate our government and it shows by their executon. Their trashing of our government on a PR basis has worked in their favor...causing some to give up hope in the idea of a SMART government capable of protecting our interests.
They looted the treasury of the United State, with tax cuts that 30% went to 130,000 people, and policies that make moving manufacturing jobs abroad a TAX DEDUCTIBLE event.. not to mention the contracting out of the government we pay to protect our interests to contractors who contribute to their party, as they turned the US government into Central Headquarters for their party...by deleting scientific documents and pushing out experienced non partisan civil servents (like contract negotiators) and replaced them with thousands of Brownies.
I was proud supporter of Senator Clinton, because she would have cleaned up the damage done to OUR government. She would have work like hell to rebuild the Middle Class. She is a GOOD human being who DOES NUANCE..which REQUIRED FOR THE JOB.

Obama had a 4.0 Grade Point Average at Harvard Law school. By Contrast: Cheney was kicked out of Yale, a failure. Bush was a C student as was McCain. Both of them were Juvenile Delinquents.
