Everyone knows that the right will spin it as a partisan witch hunt, as they've done so every time Congress has tried to excercise their Constitutional duty of oversight on the Executive branch. Knowing that, it has to be done anyway, if America is to have any hope of regaining the credibility that Dubya has squandered during his time in the White House.
