Master Career Counselor, 20+ years in Workforce Development at all levels within local service provision. Presently act as a Management Analyst for a local provider in the Denver Metro Area. Involved in all aspects of organizational development, staff training and continuous process improvement. Teach Global Career Development Facilitator course to professionals in Workforce Development; have developed nationally replicable workforce internal staff development model in use in at least six regions in three states. Most recently authored market segmentation study on targeted high-growth industries within Workforce region; NAICS crosswalk and segmentation methodology in play throughout 8-Region Denver Metro area. Senior Examiner with Colorado's Baldrige Affiliate, and serving on committe which is conducting national benchmarking study of volunteer recruitment, training, retention and reward strategies used by Baldrige affiliates in 38 states.
