Hidden Pentagon Hand Helped Shape Network Military Analysts

The most egregious violators of the public trust were the New York Times and The Sunday Morning Political shows that allowed themselves to be used by Bush/Cheney. The New York Times published false information citing unnamed high level administration officials, and the Bush team went on the Sunday Morning shows and used the New York Times as proof that their lies were true. As an Obama supporter I think that by raising the issue now they deprive the GOP of an issue in November. That is not to say that the GOP 527s won't find another way to attack the Democratic nominee. The GOP is known to resort to lying when all else fails. The GOP attack machine is really a non issue, they are going to do what they do regardless of the nominee.

Although Clinton seems to be doing Obama damage now, by bringing up the bullsh*t now and pissing off the electorate by emphasizing these non-issues during the primaries, it almost ensures that the Presidential debates will be about the mortgage crisis, the federal deficit, the price of gas, the price of food, the broken military and the War in Iraq. All issues where the Republicans have no answers.

I would also like to point out that Obama's "bitter" comment when taken into context, was a mangled defense of rural Pennsylvanians. In my humble opinion, I believe Obama was trying to say that the people living in rural Pennsylvania are not racist, they are just pissed. That's why they are Republicans. posted 04/19/2008 at 10:50:40
