As a retired businessman who worked at many endeavors in both public and private industry including that of being a project director for one of four federally funded grants located in the State of Illinois. Also having worked as Senior VP for a small international trading and banking firm and other upper and middle management areas of different industries! From my background I feel my thoughts may not always be correct but at least they may be of some value to someone!
Over my life time I have been exposed to many from all parts of the world. Including members of the Royal Family of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and members of the Sadat family of Egypt!
It may be important to note that I have a life long illness that has put me at deaths door many times and by the time I reached 49 I was forced into retirement on a very limited income, even after considerations to my varied professional life. I had one of those illnesses that kept me from ever procuring good insurance and kept me also more often than not between work and from seeing long term good income levels as did for my with my extensive of a back ground and proven work history! Therefore I may also be considered as well informed as to the costs for health care in this country and exactly how difficult it is for anyone dependant upon Medicare and/or Medicare to keep up with high cost to survive with sickness in this nation! For that I feel I can offer many more objective opinions on how are nations social service have both succeeded and failed at keeping our nation healthy both physically and financially!
