I have a degree in electrical engineering, with a minor in physics. I have worked in the power industry for eighteen years. I have a husband and two children. I tutor math and science as a volunteer at their school. I volunteer as a math and science advocate (MCSM), talking to parents about the importance of math and science education. Also, I enjoy hiking, xc skiing and running while I listen to Point of Inquiry, Skepticality and Berkeley Groks podcasts.
