It all began,...but seriously. Born in Virginia, joined the Air Force at eighteen, married, had children, divorced, remarried, divorced, gained daughters-in-law, grandchildren. Typical American story. Not so typical, demonstrate on streetcorner against war, light candles for vigils against war, write, speechify, paint pictures against the war. Personal website in the making, www.eklectopia.squarespace.com. Struggling to confront relative computer illiteracy and overcome fear of same. Have had several short-lived stints as a political column writer, interviewer for weekly newspaper, photographer for same, political cartoonist and comic strip author. Writing books (one completed), illustrating some of same. Two college degrees, Associate in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies both completed late in life.
